mayooresan » I use custom permalink /%postname%/ . You can see my post URLs as examples. Data and Name based is also ok but the date thing needlessly hogs space. Ya, to have the post name in URL is the most important wordpress SEO tip. Having URLs like ?p=23 is a strict no-no.
